SEE, a global leader in packaging solutions, seeks an exceptional Plant Director to oversee daily operations and drive continuous improvement at our Jaguariúna, Brazil facility. As a key member of our leadership team, you will inspire and engage employees, optimize processes, and ensure policies and procedures are followed to deliver high-quality products on time and in an eco-friendly manner.

Education

Experience

• Proven work experience as a Plant Manager or in a similar leadership role is necessary.
• You should have a strong background in managing teams, budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, and human resources.
• Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and technical expertise is also expected.

Skills

• Excellent team building, decision-making, and people management skills are crucial.
• You should be knowledgeable about safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory, and stewardship processes.
• The ability to create accountability and lead by example is essential.
