Fulfillment Specialist:

As a Fulfillment Specialist, you will be part of the Support team from the Business Development area. You will work as a key partner in the development of our Fulfillment operation in Brazil and will also be responsible for bridging the gap between our global and local teams in all subjects related to this project.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and track metrics for the Fulfillment operation;
2. Report main KPIs on a regular basis to the Commercial/OPs leadership;
3. Identify gaps in the existing processes and suggest improvements;
4. Train our commercial team about all features/improvements of the operation;
5. Work closely with internal teams such as Commercial, Logistics, Taxes, Legal in order to map opportunities and address possible solutions;
6. Track our seller's daily processes in Fulfillment operation (product register, order creation, shipping, etc) to identify main pain points;
7. Build SOPs and provide feedback to improve seller's training material;
8. Follow-up on the development pipeline with the product team to ensure that SLA's and objectives are achieved.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (Business, Engineering, etc) with preference for related educational background;
2. Previous experience and knowledge of a Fulfillment operation in marketplaces;
3. Great communication skills (both written and verbal);
4. Advanced Microsoft Office (Powerpoint and Excel);
5. Proactive behavior, organization skills and critical thinking;
6. Ability to work independently with little direction or supervision;
7. English is mandatory.
