  1. Analyzing organizational structures and operational models;
  2. Preparing job descriptions and evaluations;
  3. Proposing salary scales based on internal tables and market data;
  4. Coordinating the generation of indicators and calculations for variable remuneration (RVVP, PP, RVI/RVL);
  5. Contributing to salary adjustment spreadsheets for the “Balanço Humano”;
  6. Guiding managers on deadlines and values;
  7. Consolidating information for leadership validation;
  8. Participating annually in retail salary surveys;
  9. Monitoring competitive compensation trends;
  10. Developing compensation policies and guidelines aligned with the company's strategy;
  11. Conducting studies and calculations of impacts for salary movement decisions;
  12. Coordinating the preparation and updating of salary tables;
  13. Ensuring the correct processing of remuneration information;
  14. Guiding managers and teams on remuneration processes and policies;
  15. Listening to employees about remuneration policies;
  16. Monitoring initial documentation for expatriates;
  17. Ensuring visa processes for employees and dependents;
  18. Assisting employees with documentation for residency in Brazil;
  19. Monitoring the remuneration and admissions of expatriates in the payroll system;
  20. Managing the housing process, including rental contracts and payments;
  21. Monitoring the inclusion of children in schools, ensuring payment of tuition;
  22. Clarifying doubts about expatriation processes and legislation;
  23. Reporting on monthly payments and income tax declarations of expatriates;
  24. Identifying competitive trends in benefits plans;
  25. Developing administrative procedures for monitoring and cost reduction;
  26. Negotiating contracts and establishing partnerships with new suppliers;
  27. Monitoring payroll closure with BPO, including audits;
  28. Analyzing electronic timekeeping records with a focus on risks;
  29. Managing vacations for employees and leaders;
  30. Auditing termination processes;
  31. Managing personnel department projects for improvements;
  32. Preparing managerial reports for strategic decisions;
  33. Monitoring compliance with labor laws;
  34. Ensuring compliance with the labor contingency plan;
  35. Advising directors and managers on labor issues;
  36. Coordinating internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and process improvements.

Para fazer parte do nosso time você deve ter:

  1. Fluent English;
  2. Advanced Excel (desirable);
  3. Knowledge of systems: SAP / Workday / LG;
  4. Experience with Korn Ferry compensation methodology.
