Kenvue, part of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, is currently recruiting for a Sr. Inventory and Slob Planner for a contract of 12 months. This position will report into the Inventory and Slob Coordinator and is based at São José dos Campos, SP - Brazil.

What will you do

The Regional Inventory and Agility area inside the Supply Chain Excellence organization is responsible for leading Inventory and SLOB metrics in LATAM, guaranteeing performance and cash flow management. The area also supports coordinating actions and projects to improve supply chain flow. The Sr. Inventory and SLOB Planner will support Regional Inventory processes to guarantee delivery of committed targets and act as a facilitator for action plans and inventory process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct process for Inventory and Slob target setting in financial cycles, such as: BP, MU, JU, SU, and NU.
2. Perform inventory studies for Network Optimization and multi-functional areas projects.
3. Implement standardization and process improvement opportunities.
4. Inventory and Slob reporting and analysis.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

1. A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
2. A minimum of 3 years in planning functions is required.
3. Inventory management previous experience is desirable.

Desired Qualifications

1. Analytical, organized, conceptual, logical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
2. Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
3. SAP knowledge.
4. Ability to work well in a dynamic environment and recommend and implement process improvements, and work independently.
5. The ability to effectively take on leadership roles in various functions.
