POSITION SUMMARY
- An HRBP Analyst offers comprehensive support by providing guidance, coaching, and expert advice to leaders and colleagues. They play a key role in ensuring the understanding and application of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Through close, collaborative relationships, they help foster effective leadership, improve team performance, and address employee needs. Additionally, they act as a strategic partner to drive HR initiatives, manage talent development, resolve employee relations issues, and support organizational goals and cultural alignment.
- Partners with the business in areas such as employee relations, talent acquisition, colleague engagement, talent management, leadership development, change management, diversity, well-being, performance management, workforce planning, and compensation planning/implementation. Also collaborates closely with members of the International HR team to ensure the successful delivery of HR programs and initiatives across the organization.
- Responsible for executing HR operational processes, accounting for 70% of the activities, including: management of administrative procedures, onboarding, data entry into the company’s systems, monitoring of onboarding processes, preparation of spreadsheets, organization of files and reports, among other administrative tasks.
- Work for the HR Centers of Excellence (CoE) and Zoetis Colleague Services team (ZCS) to assess the delivery of HR programs and services, ensuring the needs of the organization and the business are met.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with business leadership, managers, and colleagues as the primary HR strategic support for the Commercial Business area of Zoetis.
- Promote the strategic relationship between HR and management to define business challenges, identify opportunities to deliver value-added HR services and programs, and translate them into focused HR initiatives.
- Partner with the Campinas site, CoE and ZCS to ensure that HR programs are feasible for the business and can be implemented.
- Act as a consultant on HR systems such as Workday, Compensation Cycle, Performance Evaluation, Talent Planning, Succession Planning, Climate Survey, etc.
- Organize and schedule calibration meetings with key stakeholders (e.g., managers, HR leadership) and conduct and facilitate talent discussions with managers.
- Support the managers and colleagues in the performance evaluation process, providing guidance on goals, performance reviews, and individual development plans.
- Support all global and local diversity and inclusion initiatives, local discussion forums, and foster a diverse culture across all HR processes.
- Support in all initiatives that promote the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of employees, aligned with engagement strategies.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices for HR-related services such as recruitment agencies, training providers, and other HR vendors.
- Interface with HR vendors to resolve payment discrepancies, negotiate terms, contracts and ensure timely payments.
- Development of Training Programs: Create, review, and adapt training programs to meet the company's needs, whether through workshops, online courses, coaching, or other forms of skill development.
- Conduct training sessions and personal development, covering both technical skills and behavioral (soft) skills.
- Assist in guiding leaders and key employees, providing support for the development of their careers and leadership skills.
- Responsible for recruitment and selection activities, posting job requisitions in the Workday system, assisting managers in the selection process, analyzing final candidates, and managing the entire selection process from start to finish.
- Generate and send employment offers through Workday, ensuring that all terms (salary, benefits, etc.) are in line with company policy and approved by relevant stakeholders.
- Schedule and monitor all pre-employment medical exams with the external provider, ensuring all processes with the provider are completed.
- Initiate and track the onboarding process within Workday, ensuring that new hire information is uploaded, workflows are completed, and managers are notified of upcoming tasks related to onboarding.
- Responsible for the onboarding process, organizing the internal agenda for the first day, involving benefits, payroll, EHS, facilities and communication areas.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.
- Support colleague engagement, development, facilitate trainings, cultural programs and initiatives.
- Actively promote and reinforce the Zoetis Core Beliefs.
- Understand local payroll and benefits administration functions.
- Safeguard the confidentiality of information under your responsibility.
- Comply with the norms, procedures, and regulations outlined in the company's Code of Conduct and Pharmacovigilance Training.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Psychology, etc.); Master’s degree preferred.
- HR experience required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and fluent English.
- Extensive experience in Talent Management, Development, and Leadership Coaching.
- Significant experience with mental health and well-being initiatives, DEI culture/change projects, career development programs, and colleague engagement.
