The Role

This role forms part of a fantastic team of which you will be a key member by being the voice of our brand, exceeding customer expectations always, while ensuring that our passengers are always kept safe.

The purpose of this role will include:

1. Welcoming and assisting passengers.
2. Ensuring that the ship is kept clean and maintained.
3. Taking part in emergency training and drills.
4. Serving passengers in the onboard shop, café, bars and Club Class Lounge.
