Signs of Success, a bustling Architectural & Commercial sign company, is seeking an Operations Manager.

  1. In this role, you will be responsible for managing installations and handling front counter sales. You will schedule upcoming work, communicate with clients and vendors, review installation packets, and keep records of job progress.
  2. You will also present weekly installation reports, answer and route phone calls, collect new customer lead information, and assist with new sales.
  3. In addition, you will perform general administrative tasks such as managing Will Call, collecting walk-in payments, and assisting with light bookkeeping and filing tasks.

Qualifications:

  1. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a construction or trade office environment, be well-organized, and possess basic job costing and construction math skills.
  2. Good interpersonal management skills, the ability to multitask, and proficiency in using a PC, including Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks, are also required.
  3. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus.
