At Rio & Learn, we’re seeking a Social Media Coordinator who will oversee the entire management of our social media presence. You’ll be responsible for planning, creating, and executing our content strategies across various platforms. In this role, you won’t just be behind the scenes; we need someone who’s not afraid to step in front of the camera and encourage our staff, teachers, and students to participate in videos as well.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across all platforms.
• Create, manage, and schedule engaging content, ensuring it aligns with current trends and audience preferences.
• Collaborate with staff, teachers, and students to create authentic and lively video content.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on various platforms and optimize them based on algorithm updates and performance.
• Analyze KPIs to refine and improve social media performance.
• Keep up to date with AI tools to enhance content creation and engagement.
• Promote sales through effective use of social media channels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing social media platforms including WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more.
• Proficiency in video editing and content creation.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and paid advertising.
• Native-level proficiency in English. A second or third language (Portuguese, German, French, or Spanish) is highly valued.
• Confident, outgoing, and comfortable appearing in and coordinating video content.
• Ability to adapt to trends and quickly implement creative strategies.
