Specialist In Air Ticket Issuance (Remote)

We are looking for an Air Ticket Issuance Specialist to join our team! If you have experience in the tourism industry and advanced skills in reservation systems, this is your opportunity.

Requirements :

• Proven experience with GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.);
• Knowledge of NDC (New Distribution Capability);
• Familiarity with OBT (Online Booking Tools);
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Ability to work remotely with a results-driven approach;
• Work-life balance is a non-negotiable principle;
• Bonus: proficiency in a language other than Portuguese;
• Must have a stable internet connection and a compatible computer to work on our platform.

• Manage air ticket bookings, from search to issuance;
• Provide personalized support and consultancy to clients;
• Quickly resolve issues related to bookings and ticket issuance;
