ROLE DESCRIPTION:

The SAP Adoption Services Center (ASC) provides remote/onsite SAP consulting services to SAP customers. It is a global team focusing on the S/4HANA product and drives the RISE with SAP Methodology as a core element of our customers' digital strategy.

We are looking for a Senior SAP Business Process consultant, who is experienced in MM or SD processes, with knowledge in SAP S/4HANA, and sound experience in master data and handling of business partners in S/4HANA.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as a logistics business process expert during all key phases of SAP projects.
• Advise customers on industry best practices in Digital Industries, focusing on Consumer Industries solution portfolio.
• Support sales activities during elaboration and evaluation of SAP Services project proposals.
• Engage in support activities, customer escalations, and expert-on-demand requests as required.
• Contribute to internal global initiatives supporting SAP strategy for helping customers drive their digital strategies and innovations.
• Participate in knowledge sharing and asset improvement initiatives.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

• Provide remote/onsite SAP consulting services on innovation products in the Consumer Industries solution portfolio.
• Be involved in the preparation, design, realization, deployment, and support of customer implementations.
• Participate in customer workshops to understand business process requirements and provide creative solutions.
• Configure customer requirements in SAP systems and prepare functional specifications.
• Conduct testing, training, and support during key project cycles.
• Assist in validating project efforts and participating in solution and risk reviews of SAP project proposals.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

• Relevant combined industry and SAP logistics consulting experience with at least 2 full SAP E2E implementations.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA in MM or SD, with understanding of technical integration and ABAP development.
• Experience in handling master data and SAP Business Partners in S/4HANA.
• Understanding of Brazil Localization processes and the SAP DRC solution for Brazil is a plus.
• Good communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work under pressure.
• Understanding of AGILE project methodology and experience in such projects.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Physics, or similar.

Portuguese - Fluent in both spoken and written Portuguese (Mandatory)

Spanish - Fluent in both spoken and written Spanish (Desired)
