Team Overview

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Project Manager to join the Creative HUB, to lead and execute projects while developing and maintaining efficient workflows. This role requires a highly organized and results-driven professional capable of managing cross-functional teams effectively, optimizing creative workflows, and ensuring the successful completion of projects within deadlines. The role spans across new business initiatives, core business projects, and institutional initiatives.

Role Responsibilities

  • Define clear scope, objectives, and deliverables for each project, ensuring alignment with business goals;
  • Develop and manage detailed schedules, tracking deadlines and key milestones;
  • Identify business opportunities and transform them into actionable projects;
  • Develop and oversee workflows to ensure the efficient execution of daily tasks;
  • Propose new methodologies and tools to optimize creative processes;
  • Establish routines to streamline creative team operations;
  • Act as the central communication hub between internal and external teams;
  • Facilitate alignment meetings and progress check-ins for high-impact projects and campaigns;
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure smooth project execution;
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics for projects managed internally and with external agencies;
  • Prepare operational and project reports;
  • Develop dashboards and visualization tools to track key metrics and workflow efficiency;

Role Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Design, Communication, or a related field; an MBA or specialization in Project Management is a plus;
  • 7+ years of experience in creative project management, preferably in advertising agencies, design studios, or marketing teams within tech or consumer brands;
  • Proven track record in coordinating integrated campaigns, including digital, social media, OOH, video, and events, ensuring strategic and creative consistency;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle complex schedules and multiple simultaneous projects;
  • Experience in leading creative teams (designers, copywriters, content producers, etc.) and collaborating with marketing, product, and media teams;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to maintain alignment between internal teams, clients, and external vendors;
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum applied to creative development;
  • Proficiency in project management tools, preferably Monday.com, and creative collaboration platforms like Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining creative quality and meeting deadlines and budget constraints;
  • Strong creative vision and understanding of marketing and design trends to drive impactful and innovative campaigns;
  • Advanced English is essential for communication with international teams and global partners.
