PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB

The Senior Consultant should act as responsible for the implementation of Sales and Distribution or Material Management solutions, including legal requirements, reports, and processes aligned to the best SAP practices. Experience in CPG, Retail, or Agribusiness industries is required. This Business Process Senior Consultant will provide application-specific expert consulting, support in projects, conduct feasibility studies/solution reviews, and support pre-sales activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

1. Taking over responsibility as a sub-project team lead.
2. Supporting respective line manager(s) in people development tasks.
3. Detailed planning of process implementation.
4. Defining detailed exploration for development requirements.
5. Industry/corporate process implementation across all related applications (SAP/non-SAP).
6. Developing and assuring the quality of process models.
7. Demonstrating expert knowledge of modeling standards and tools.
8. Acting as Functional Architect on complex implementations.
9. Supporting presales activities.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

1. Excellent teamwork and communication skills (including English and Spanish).
2. Strong executive presence with the ability to interact with colleagues and customers at all executive levels.
3. Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.
4. Strong knowledge of Sales and Procurement solutions in SAP S/4HANA.
5. Industry processes background in Consumer Products, Agribusiness, and/or Retail is a must.
6. Experience in Brazilian localization is required.
7. Experience with SAP Activate Methodology for Implementation.
8. 10 years of related work experience.
9. Bachelor’s Degree in a related area of study.
10. SAP MM or SD Certification.

WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Strong consulting experience in application.
2. Experience with a minimum of 6 full cycle implementations.
3. Deep understanding of industry-specific business processes.
4. Solid background on MM and SD, including Brazilian Localization.
5. Experience with Agricultural Contract Management (ACM).
6. Strong interpersonal skills for cross-project communication.
7. Knowledge in project management methodology and experience in managing projects (nice to have).
