We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced eCommerce Manager to oversee the sales, campaigns execution, and optimization of our online retail business (Own.com business). This role is perfect for someone with strong analytical skills, a passion for digital marketing, and a deep understanding of eCommerce platforms and channels. As an eCommerce Manager, you will lead efforts to drive online sales of our Own.com channel (3 existing sites in Latam + any future expansion), enhance the user experience through strategic UX/UI/CRO development, and contribute to the overall growth of our digital presence in the Latam region.
About the job
- Manage the company’s e-commerce own.com channel, overseeing site development, user experience, and online sales growth in accordance with defined Net Net Sales target for the channel.
- Responsible for ideal product placement, effective execution of the commercial calendar and campaigns implementation, as well as optimization of existing operations.
- Be the main contact with the Global Content team and ensure correct execution of global content guidelines, commercial campaigns, and UX/UI development by the full commerce service provider.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Offline Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Demand Planning, Logistics, and Finance, to ensure timely product/campaign launches, effective promotions, and smooth order fulfillment.
- Analyze sales data, website analytics, and customer behavior to derive insights that inform business decisions and improve the online shopping experience and increase conversion rate.
- Maintain a relationship with the full commerce service provider partner, and work closely together to optimize existing operations.
- Responsible for implementing defined promotional framework and its spotless execution.
- Monitor online shopping trends in Latin America and implement best practices that will drive growth of the own.com channel (e.g. available delivery methods, different payment methods, best practices in checkout, etc.).
- Monitor and report on eCommerce KPIs including traffic, conversion rate, average order value, number of orders, number of pieces sold, and more, for each important campaign and on a monthly basis.
- Drive continuous improvements in the overall user journey by identifying opportunities to enhance website usability, speed, and mobile compatibility.
About you:- 3-5 Years of proven experience in eCommerce management and growth, preferably in the Luxury industry.
- Language skills: Portuguese (fluent), English (advanced), and Spanish (intermediary).
- Knowledge in Digital Marketing strategies.
- Strong Knowledge in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), UX/UI development, and Website Analytics (GA).
- Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and act on data insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with customer retention strategies and loyalty programs.
- Experience with international eCommerce and multi-channel retail strategies.
- Understanding of eCommerce platforms (VTEX, etc.).
- Knowledgeable on Product Listing & Inventory Management.
- Strong Relationship Management Skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Creative and proactive, always looking for ways to improve processes and customer experiences.
