Key Responsibilities

1. Deal with member enquiries in an inspiring manner, to encourage appropriate future use of service.
2. Professionally onboard members to Ten, tailoring to their needs, ensuring that they feel connected as individuals and understand how they can best use the service.
3. Understand and record member preferences, enabling each interaction with the member to be personalised and build instant rapport by phone, chat, WhatsApp, and e-mail.
4. Responsible for all KPIs and the success of our main metrics achievement.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Preferably experience in luxury services as a UHNW travel consultant.
2. Attending higher education in Tourism or related areas.
3. Good verbal and written communication skills.
4. Good sense of empathy and ability to connect with members quickly – Member Focus.
5. Engage with Ten’s culture, where professionals care about the service we offer.
6. Intermediate/Advanced English / Native Portuguese.
