ROLE DESCRIPTION:

The SAP Adoption Services Center (ASC) provides remote/onsite SAP consulting services to SAP customers. It is a global team focusing on the S/4HANA product and drives the RISE with SAP Methodology for S/4HANA, as a core element of the digital strategy of our customers.

We are looking for a Senior SAP Business Process Consultant, who is experienced in MM or SD processes, with knowledge in SAP S/4HANA, master data handling, and key business functions in logistics S/4HANA processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive key roles in Professional Services engagements of SAP solutions as logistics business process expert.
• Advise customers on industry best practices, focusing on Digital Industries.
• Support sales activities during the elaboration of SAP Services project proposals.
• Support customer escalations and expert-on-demand requests, as required.
• Contribute to internal global initiatives supporting SAP strategy.
• Participate in knowledge sharing and asset improvement.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

• Provide remote/onsite SAP consulting services to key SAP customers.
• Be involved in the preparation, design, realization, deployment, and support of customer implementations.
• Conduct customer workshops to understand business process requirements.
• Configure customer requirements in SAP systems and prepare functional specifications.
• Conduct testing, training, and support during key project cycles.
• Support services sales activities as Subject Matter Expert.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Strong industry and SAP logistics consulting experience with at least 4 full SAP E2E implementations.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA in logistics modules, MM or SD.
• Expertise in handling master data in S/4HANA.
• Proficient in at least one Industry/LoB solution.
• Knowledge in Brazil Localization processes is a plus.
• Experience with SAP FIORI applications.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage challenging client situations.
• Understanding of AGILE project methodology.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Physics, or similar.
