We continue to grow and are looking to add a Zoho and ATS CRM Admin. To be successful in this position, you need to be diligent, love to interact with people and help solve problems. As Zoho CRM Administrator you will play an essential role by providing technical support & training in CRM, creating & maintaining end user documentation, and developing reports, dashboards, and queries. This position will also identify opportunities to simplify, optimize and automate processes as well as assist in the planning, execution & coordination of CRM-related projects.
