About the Role: You will work in collaboration with our customers and account managers to maximize the value delivered by the world's largest email-based risk assessment solution. Your results will lead to immediate real-world impact in the form of lower customer friction, reduced fraud losses and as a result, increased customer profitability.


This is achieved through a range of activities, such as proactive analysis of accounts to identify improvements, optimizing the risk assessment to more accurately detect high risk transactions and providing thought leadership to customers during business reviews.


Responsibilities

  1. Collaborating with clients to identify and assess their business needs.
  2. Determining project scope, goals, and deliverables are met for all projects owned and maintaining accurate records.
  3. Sharing lessons learned within the team and department and providing internal training.
  4. Coordinating with Product Team on timely implementation of product enhancements and bug fixes to enhance the client's experience.
  5. Performing all other duties as assigned.
  6. Participates in the decision-making process and influences the constant improvement of project best practices and team operations within F/I Professional Services.
  7. Taking a proactive approach to understand the customers environment to foster a partnership as a trusted advisor.
  8. Governs and ensures work is well defined, changes to requirements are managed, issues arising are tracked and dealt with in a timely fashion, and customer satisfaction is attended to throughout the engagement.
  9. Leading project workshops and agrees project objectives, even from scoping time when requested.
  10. Making sure that all the aims of the projects are met, and deliverables are submitted for all projects owned by the Senior Professional Services Engagement Manager.
  11. Understanding customer use cases and requirements and in turn apply best practices for those customer implementations. Keeps senior managers and clients up to date with project progress.
  12. Expertise in project governance, client delivery, and managing complex implementation projects.
  13. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to ensure smooth project execution, tracking KPIs, timelines, and resource allocation.

Requirements

  1. Have Bachelor's degree in the information technology industry or experience in the fraud industry.
  2. 5+ years client-facing experience preferred.
  3. 5+ years in the fraud industry with a focus on risk mitigation strategies.
  4. Working and demonstratable proficiency in SQL and Python.
  5. Knowledge of Android, iOS and hybrid frameworks is a plus.
  6. Have excellent interpersonal, analytical, communication, presentation, organizational, time management, leadership, and planning skills.
  7. Have a client-focused approach and expertise in problem-solving, statistics, and data forensics.
  8. Have expert-level consultative skills with the ability to collaborate and explore options.
  9. Be highly motivated, naturally pro-active, with a great sense of initiative.
  10. Ability to clearly communicate fraud risks and mitigation plans to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, often through detailed reports and presentations.
  11. Demonstrates ability to work well under pressure, sense of purpose, drive, motivation, able to be coached, competitiveness, curiosity, accountability and integrity.
