Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Customer Service Supervisor, preferably in a Call Center environment.
2. Experience with Social Media preferred for an integrated approach to customer service.
3. Mastery of Call Center Operational Indicators, with the ability to analyze and optimize results.
4. Intermediate/advanced knowledge of the Office Package is desirable.
5. Availability to work in person in Lapa/SP.
6. Advanced or fluent English.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and motivate service teams to ensure excellence in the service provided.
2. Monitor and analyze performance indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement.
3. Provide support and guidance to employees, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.
4. Collaborate with other areas to implement integrated service strategies.
5. Stay up to date on leading best practices and trends in the customer service industry.
