ABOUT THE POSITION:

We are seeking a talented Junior Designer who is proficient in English, adaptable, and adept at following instructions. The primary responsibility of this role will be to create technical specifications based on cross-border best-selling products. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, speed, and the ability to provide comprehensive information to suppliers for accurate sample production.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Specification Creation:
   1. Develop detailed technical specifications (tech packs) for best-selling products.
   2. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of information provided to suppliers to facilitate precise sample production.
   3. Assist in optimizing the development process and undertake other projects within the department.
2. Collaboration and Communication:
   1. Work closely with cross-functional teams including Planning, Buyers, and Modeling to ensure alignment on design requirements.
   2. Communicate effectively with suppliers to convey technical specifications and address any queries or concerns promptly.
3. Adaptability and Efficiency:
   1. Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing project priorities and timelines.
   2. Execute tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Design, Fashion, or related field preferred.
2. Diploma in Fashion Design.
3. Possess strong ability to control progress, anticipate risks, and make quick adjustments.
4. Excellent ability to undertake tasks and collaborate effectively in communication.
5. Fluent in English communication skills.
6. Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other designer tools.
