We are looking for our Financial Control Manager, someone who is eager to support our growth ambitions and would like to play a key role in the Finance Team.
Your mission
Your responsibilities will be overseeing the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring they are accurate and timely including the accuracy and integrity of financial data, transactions, and reporting. This includes ensuring the organization complies with relevant financial regulations and accounting standards. You will continuously improve financial processes and systems, including developing ways of working and using new technologies. You will develop people to ensure there is a strong team collaborating, where talents can grow and a succession plan for key roles is ensured is a cornerstone of the role.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced person to join our team. You have a solid background in finance and ideally financial controlling, with a profile of being self-going and proactive. You are customer oriented, and see and implement improvements. Strong leadership and communication skills are important.
