Reporting Manager Title: Senior Compliance Specialist

Objective

As a member of Worley’s global Compliance team, promote, oversee and implement Worley’s compliance program to ensure that the location’s project operations and functions adhere to and comply with Worley’s Values and Code of Conduct.

Responsibilities

  1. Be a key point of contact for compliance matters and provide guidance to leadership and personnel in Argentina/Brazil.
  2. Develop an annual plan of compliance activities with location leadership, aligning with the regional compliance roadmap and global compliance program.
  3. Coordinate and deliver compliance trainings and workshops in English and Spanish or Portuguese to Worley employees and third-party contractors to promote ethical conduct and compliance.
  4. Work closely with the location’s leadership.
  5. Ensure due diligence is conducted on all third parties before entering contracts, covering risks from a compliance perspective.
  6. Provide regular updates to the Compliance team.

Requirements

  1. 7+ years of experience in ethics and compliance.
  2. A self-starter who can work both independently and as a member of the global team with the ability to set priorities.
  3. Sense of responsibility and ownership.
  4. Experience in corporate compliance.
  5. Self-motivated with clear communication skills.
  6. Working knowledge of Spanish and English if in Argentina or Portuguese and English if in Brazil. Excellent writing and analytical skills in both languages.
  7. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  8. Strong understanding of and adherence to Anti-Bribery and Corruption laws, Worley’s Code of Conduct and Values.
  9. Knowledge of FCPA and UK Bribery legislation is highly preferred.
