In this role, you will support 3rd party applications and infrastructure for internal teams worldwide, resolving technical issues, identifying root causes, and handling inquiries via email, chat, and calls. You’ll work closely with end-users to align applications with their needs, implement new functionalities, and support business requirements. Additionally, you’ll contribute to projects and initiatives while maintaining detailed documentation and ensuring reliable application support.
We are seeking a System Analyst with +4 years of experience and an Infrastructure background. The ideal candidate must possess excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure. A team player who can collaborate effectively, learn new skills in applications and business processes, and produce high-quality documentation is essential. Strong analytical abilities and a focus on delivering results are key to success in this role.
