We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Key Account Manager with a background in the travel industry, located in South America or North America, to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, ensuring their needs are met, and driving business growth.

About the Role - Main Responsibilities:

  • In charge of existing clients (API Wholesale Online - API Retail Offline - WebShopping Account) within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Acquire new key accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
  • Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the development of new products/services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.

Qualifications - Position Requirements:

  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills, thriving in the creation and maintenance of successful long-term commercial relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Experience with proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous working environment.
  • Solid experience and commercial knowledge of the travel and hospitality industries.
  • Good commercial knowledge of business for B2B, as well as new business segments and models.
  • Project management skills.
  • Advanced Spanish is a must.
