THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a CX Social Media Intern to our Business Transformation team in São Paulo!

Our new team member has the mission to support the Social Media CX team to create customer-centric strategies and guarantee an extremely satisfying customer experience on our different social media and review channels (such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Business, Reclame Aqui, Reddit, etc). Our main goal is to engage Wellhub users on a mission to make wellbeing universal.

YOUR IMPACT

• Support the CX Team Manager in implementing customer experience initiatives across all Wellhub markets (Latin America, Europe, and the United States).
• Collaborate in developing and executing comprehensive strategies for managing our social media channels, online review platforms, and community forums to foster customer loyalty and drive growth.
• Motivate and guide CX agents in delivering exceptional social media experiences to our users.
• Identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility and engagement on social media.
• Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues.

WHO YOU ARE

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or Public Relations.
• Expected graduation date from June 2026 onwards (possibility of interning for at least one year).
• Knowledge with content creation and copywriting is a plus.
• Knowledge with social media management is a plus.
• Intermediate level of English proficiency is a plus.
• Must reside in São Paulo.
• Availability to work 2 times per month at the office located in Berrini, São Paulo.
• Availability to work during the morning or daytime hours.
• Demonstrated passion for social media and digital marketing trends.
• Understanding of current events and cultural trends.
• Excellent written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
• Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and positive attitude.
