Presales Engineer – Data Protection HSM/DLP/PKI

Job Description:

The candidate will be technically responsible for responding to public tenders (GOV) and private tenders (RFI/RFP/RFQ), primarily related to Data Protection Solutions. The ideal candidate should have a combination of technical skills in one or more solutions: Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Hardware Security Module (HSM), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Link/Network Encryptors solutions. Relevant experience as a technical presales professional for the public/private sector. This is not a managerial or non-technical position.

Base Office: Campinas-SP (Barão Geraldo); or São Paulo-SP (Morumbi Shopping). Hybrid work (onsite & remote).

Main responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:

• Evaluate technical requirements from RFPs/tenders to identify the necessary technologies to meet the requests.
• Prepare technical documents for the sales process of tenders, including compliance matrices, architecture diagrams, and technical proposals.
• Present and demonstrate our company's data protection solutions to clients, including technologies and services.

Requirements and skills

Requirements & Qualifications - Mandatory:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as engineering or computer science.
• Knowledge and experience in cybersecurity/data protection and related technologies.
• At least 3 years of experience in technical presales roles within the Data Protection field.
• Familiarity with sales processes and methodologies;
• Advanced English.

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of primary Data Protection technologies and solutions such as Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Hardware Security Module (HSM), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Link/Network Encryptors.
• Understanding of data protection, network security, application security, cloud security.

Soft Skills:

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
