Social Media Analyst at BairesDev
We are looking for a Social Media Analyst to create and/or oversee the creation of social media content with the goal of validating our brands and top leaders, increasing traffic to our website, and establishing a trusted communication channel with our audiences (clients, prospects, developers, current and future employees, etc.), besides taking ownership of our monthly social media content calendar and liaising with other areas and/or external providers to ensure the creation of quality content for our social media channels.
What You Will Do:
- Create and/or oversee the creation of multiple weekly social media posts and social media campaigns.
- Manage content scheduling and publication on our social media channels.
- Propose and execute social media content strategies and campaigns.
- Liaise with agencies to plan and execute campaigns and ideas.
- Cooperate with external providers to create multimedia visual assets.
- Manage the company's social media accounts on Oktopost.
- Work together with the Social Media Intelligence team to create robust, rich reports and insights.
Here is what we are looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Proven creative writing ability.
- Ability to manage time and tasks, as this is a remote position.
- Attention to details.
- Critical thinking.
- Advanced English level.
Desirable:
- Passion and experience in writing about technology or related fields.
- Knowledge of digital transformation, digital acceleration, and nearshore tech outsourcing.
- Familiarity with social media and content management tools such as Hootsuite and Oktopost.
- Understanding of social media campaign decks, presentations and creative briefs.
