IBM Blue Studio is responsible for the sophistication and strategic evolution and expression of the IBM brand and sub-brands across every experience and encounter, internally and externally. We represent and support all IBM businesses horizontally and vertically. Our work crosses nearly every category of output: research and strategy, communications and content development, symbology and systems, digital and physical experiences, tools and training. Our goal is to maintain modernity, tangibility and understanding of the IBM brand in the world.
Your role and responsibilities
A Creative Director within the Studio serves as a creative leader for IBM. As part of the Studio, the Creative Director will develop and execute innovative creative concepts. With a clear passion and expertise in art direction and knowledge of design, this individual will inspire others through their creativity, strategic thinking, and work ethic. They will bring fresh thinking and ideas to brainstorms. Never one to shy away from giving or receiving feedback, this individual is always in the pursuit to create the best work. They will lead and guide both IBM internal teams and external agencies, collaborators, and partners.
