Location: Hybrid (4 days in office + 1 remote). Must live in São Paulo or nearby to commute.
Job Overview:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling communications. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient management of the CEO’s activities and contributing to overall productivity.
Job Responsibilities:
Supporting the managing partner.
Complex diary management.
Travel arrangements.
Organization of events and conferences and supporting logistics.
Forward planning and detailed mapping of a highly demanding diary (business and private).
Preparing documents and presentations.
Assisting with creation of media updates including LinkedIn and other platforms.
Experience in contributing to, formatting, producing, and circulating Board and Committee papers.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Private support duties.
Successful Candidate:
Brazilian citizenship (required).
Native in Portuguese and speak English in a confident, professional capacity. Proficiency in French is preferred.
At least 3 years of EA experience within iGaming, gambling, or the financial industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in office software (MS Office, G Suite) and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
