We are looking for a Business Development and Account Manager (Brazil) responsible for creating long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The role involves overseeing a portfolio of assigned customers, developing new business from existing clients, and actively seeking new sales opportunities. This position may require travel up to 30%.
Position Responsibilities
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Develop new business opportunities with present and new customers in the dedicated region.
Generate sales revenue with existing customers in line with the organization objectives and goals.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and partners.
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Present the business case for pursuing specific opportunities including profit potential, strategic advantage, competitive analysis, and win probability.
Meet commitments within cost, schedule, and performance parameters.
Adapt to changing business environment and priorities by complex problem solving and conflict resolution.
Undertake other duties/projects assigned.
Desired Skills and Experience
Relevant Work Experience: 5+ years in a Technical or Account/Sales related position requiring constant communication with external customers.
Business Understanding: Knowledge of the Airport/Ground Handler/Airline Industry.
Ability to grasp technology and product concepts to convey their value to customers.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Location: Remote – preferably from Canada, Caribbean, or South America; open to candidates willing to work US EST time zone.
Work Schedule: Working hours must overlap with EST business hours (9am – 5pm EST) for at least five hours each day.
