Position Overview

Our Environmental department is looking for an E&S Analyst Sr to support the team in the following responsibilities:

• Leading management of financial social and environmental obligations;
• Development and management of E&S Management Plans using IFC Performance Standards;
• Monitoring E&S performance indicators;
• Leading the E&S performance report;
• Collaborating with Construction, HSE, Community relations teams, and contractors to ensure Project’s E&S requirements are planned and implemented during project phases.

Requirements

• Previous experience in E&S monitoring;
• Experience in implementing resettlement activities is a plus;
• Experience in developing or implementing IFC standards at project or corporate levels;
• Experience in reconciling business and community needs;
• Experience in training and coaching local teams;
• Master’s degree in Environmental Management, Science, Social Science, or similar is a plus;
• Advanced English; knowledge of other languages is a plus;
• Knowledge of broader trends in environmental and social management and engagement.
