Job Description:
As a call center representative (Soft Sales or Customer Service), you will assist and educate customers on our products and services. You will be utilizing your excellent communication skills while providing a superior customer experience to your prospective clients.
Responsibilities:
Use high-value support to meet our technology, product, and service targets, through an explanation of the overall value, features, and benefits of all products and services offered.
Assess the needs of inbound customers to answer questions about products and services and provide solutions that fit customers' needs.
