Launched in Europe, North and South America and China, the Program lasts four to five years working in various positions and geographical locations. You will be assigned a role in our EU or America locations and must be prepared to move for a minimum of 18 months several times. This requires a high degree of flexibility and international mobility.

Your Tasks:

• Undergo initial training period in our global headquarters in Hagen, Germany
• Manage your job duties in an assigned role in R&D, engineering, production, project management, or sales (you will change location and position every 18-24 months)
• Learn how the business works in an international automotive company with a matrix organization
• Bring in your passion and personal dedication to build our future together
• Work on a specific project based on business needs
• Be fully flexible and mobile

Your Profile:

• Completed technical degree in e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Management Engineering (e.g., BA with Engineering focus)
• 1-2 years of working experience
• Minimum standard user IT skills
• Fluent English is a must
• Team player and open to work in an intercultural environment
• Full mobility in EU/Americas or globally. Valid EU passport (for EU applicants) and Brazil/Mexico/US/China passport for these respective locations
• Personal engagement and dedication for personal growth
