The Regional Safety Director leads and operates as an indispensable member of the LATAM Occupational Safety leadership team, coordinating the end-to-end health and safety agenda cross-functionally across the assigned region, collaborating with the Technical Operations, Customer, and Commercial teams.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

Act as a business partner with internal and external stakeholders, collaborating with and influencing all levels of leadership, cross-functionally, providing them with the most appropriate information and tools for them to make the best decisions at any given time.
Exercise a continuous improvement approach, facilitating learning teams and leveraging benchmarks from internal and external best practices.

Education Requirements:
End-to-End H&S (Health and Safety) knowledge, H&S Management Systems, HOP, and People Centricity.
Broad strategy development and influence, regional and global.
Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts into relevant business insights and growth opportunities.
Related Work Experience:
10-15 years of senior leadership experience in leading scale transformation programs and change management. Proven successful track record in leading diverse teams.
English and Portuguese or Spanish are required.
