Descrição:

Creates solutions based on workshop action items and turns them into an MVP / PoC at a conceptual level. Provides technical guidance to the developers and full stack developers on a technical level to rapidly build MVP and prototypes in an agile way. Participates in Pre-workshop ideation and helps shape the workshop agenda. Curates the relevant solutions from a technology perspective based on clients’ preferred tech stack. Helps in planning Hardware and Software upgrades for the devices, systems and accessories in Pace Port on an ongoing basis. Helps curate the right start ups for each visit and co-ordinates with Start-ups and Incubators to achieve the workshop outcomes. Collaborate with account teams and client business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technology solutions. Develop high-level and detailed technical architecture designs that align with business goals and industry best practices. Ensure that the design is scalable, secure, and meets performance requirements. Choose appropriate technologies, tools, and platforms to meet the requirements of the solution. Oversee the implementation of the solution, ensuring that it meets the design and technical standards. Identify potential risks and provide solutions to mitigate them. Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and advancements and recommend new solutions as needed. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

Requisitos:

1. Must be fluent in Portuguese and English. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
2. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
3. 5 years of experience in software development, enterprise architecture, and systems integration.
4. Experience with cloud computing, containerization, and microservices architecture is a plus.
5. Knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and DevOps.
6. Broader understanding of IT landscape and different technologies.
7. Strong understanding of security and data privacy best practices.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to work well in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams.
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
