What you will do

The Digital Program Leader is responsible for day-to-day operations and execution of program initiatives, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget while meeting key performance criteria. The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize project strategies, providing regular progress updates and identifying areas for improvement. The role will also involve analyzing program data to inform decision-making and contribute to the development of solutions that enhance user experience to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution and Management: Oversee the daily operations of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and agreed standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to ensure seamless program implementation and alignment.
• Strategy Implementation: Contribute to the execution of program strategies, translating high-level plans into actionable tasks.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on program progress, challenges, and outcomes.
• Platform Management: Assist with the implementation and maintenance of digital tools and platforms used in program delivery.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, including IT, R&D/life sciences, or Process related.
• Relevant experience in a life science and/or consumer industry 4+ years.
• Demonstrated project management experience in managing digital projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Demonstrated experience in effectively managing platforms and products with short and long term roadmaps.
• Proficient in English both written and orally.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience in or with lab settings in a consumer product environment.
• Experience in deploying large scale systems and software.
• Experience with R&D processes and data requirements.
• Experience with data visualization required to monitor and improve program deployment.
