THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Digital Partnerships Account Manager to our Partnerships team in São Paulo!

The Digital Partnerships Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with digital partners, ensuring successful integration and performance. This role involves negotiating contracts, coordinating with internal teams, and leveraging data analysis to optimize partner engagement and performance. The manager plays a crucial role in both sales and success aspects of digital partnerships, contributing to the growth and satisfaction of partners within the network.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Manage a portfolio of digital partners (apps, Live Classes, and Personal Trainers), ensuring high satisfaction and performance.
  • Identify and prospect new partners to bring into the network, focusing on key regional and global players. Negotiate and renegotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and enhance margins.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for successful partner integration and launch strategies. Coordinate with commercial teams to identify trends and needs from the clients.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with partners. Monitor partner performance using data analysis tools. Present data insights and performance metrics to partners.
  • Facilitate communication between partners and internal teams for marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
  • Ensure processes between all external parties and the CX team are accurate and fluid.
  • Provide training on digital partnerships to Client Success and Sales teams.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • You have previous experience working in B2B Sales or Success roles, and managing negotiations.
  • You understand pricing strategies.
  • Data analysis: you have experience in Excel/Sheets and GSuite. Experience working with Tableau and/or Metabase is a plus.
  • Communication skills: you have business fluency in Portuguese and English.
  • Experience working in the fitness/wellbeing industry is a plus.
