Our client a venture capital firm is seeking a highly skilled Go High Level (GHL) Specialist who is both technically proficient and creatively driven. This role requires a self-starter with a problem-solving mindset, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can implement high-level automation, workflows, and integrations within GHL.

You’ll be responsible for setting up, customizing, and managing GHL workflows, integrations, and automation for our clients—ensuring seamless implementation and optimization.
Set up, customize, and manage Go High Level (GHL) CRM for clients.
Build automations, pipelines, campaigns, and workflows to optimize lead generation, nurturing, and client retention.
Apply and modify GHL snapshots to fit client needs.
Integrate calendars, appointment scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups within GHL.
Develop and configure opportunities pipelines, setting up triggers and notifications.
Implement AI chatbots using FAQs and predefined conversational flows.
Set up A2P messaging, call tracking, voicemail drops, and SMS campaigns.
Configure domain authentication (SPF, DMARC, DKIM) for email deliverability.
Ensure Google and Bing postmasters are properly configured.
Set up Google My Business, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Ads integrations.
Implement review automation for Google Reviews and other platforms.
Upload and implement pre-designed marketing assets into GHL funnels, email templates, and automation.
Manage and schedule email and SMS campaigns, ensuring branding consistency.
Integrate lead magnets, forms, and surveys within automation sequences.
Monitor campaign performance and suggest optimizations based on data insights.
Provide GHL onboarding and training for clients.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM, automation, and integrations.
Maintain client documentation, video tutorials, and SOPs for best practices.
Go High Level Certification (preferred) or hands-on experience managing GHL CRM.
Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead pipelines, and workflow automation.
Experience with email deliverability best practices (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
Ability to integrate third-party tools (Calendly, Google, Facebook, Zapier, etc.).
Familiarity with A2P messaging, phone number verification, and call tracking.
Ability to take a high-level idea and implement it into GHL workflows.
Self-motivated to learn, troubleshoot, and figure things out independently.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client setups.
Experience with AI chatbots, SMS marketing strategies, and analytics tracking.
Understanding of Google My Business, paid advertising integrations, and SEO workflows.
Ability to create simple automation reports and data dashboards.
