Devops Engineer/Lead

We’re seeking a DevOps Lead located in Europe or Middle East (willing to work Europe working hours) to join our team and play a critical role in managing and coordinating our DevOps operations. This role requires a strong communicator who is more focused on the Ops side of DevOps. You’ll work closely with our DevOps engineers and clients to ensure tasks are aligned with client goals and workloads are efficiently managed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as the primary point of contact for client-facing communications, ensuring a confident and professional presence in meetings.
• Manage and coordinate the workload of a talented team of DevOps engineers based in the Philippines.
• Prioritize tasks to ensure the team is focused on the most impactful work aligned with client objectives.
• Oversee the management of AWS infrastructure hosting hundreds of websites.
• Manage GitHub repositories, CI / CD pipelines, and related operational processes.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the DevOps team, leveraging your background in DevOps to foster best practices.

Qualifications :

• Strong background in DevOps with an emphasis on operational excellence.
• Proven ability to confidently communicate with clients and articulate complex technical concepts.
• Experience managing and coordinating distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Expertise in AWS infrastructure management, CI / CD pipelines, and version control systems like GitHub.
• A results-oriented mindset with the ability to keep teams aligned with client goals.
