Join us as the Demand and Supply Planning Coordinator!

As the Demand and Supply Planning Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in developing and managing the S&OP for Coolers/POs. Your mission will include:

  1. Managing demand, placements, stock, and importation processes.
  2. Keeping the APO system updated on a monthly basis.
  3. Ensuring that POs and placements are always up to date.
  4. Ensuring fast communication, transparency, flexibility, and efficiency.

You will have the chance to execute Red Bull's Standard Operations Processes in collaboration with the International Operations team, contributing to our global success.

Additionally, you will be responsible for sustainability activities in Brazil, ensuring 100% compliance with local regulations, such as the National Solid Waste Policy and leading projects to reduce CO2 emissions. You will have the opportunity to engage with trade associations and oversee SAC and Quality Management, playing an essential role in promoting sustainable practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Ensure the correct visibility of VISITS in APO and strong alignments with the HQ team.
  2. Ensure the arrival of visibility items for our events, on the right date, through the analysis of the import treatment for each type of material and timely posting of the requests.
  3. Collaborate with sales to understand the placement plan, challenge assumptions, and drive root cause analysis to understand errors in prior periods and highlight inconsistencies.
  4. Provide a rolling forecast for visits, identifying risks and opportunities to the operating plan and financial framework.
  5. Support continuous improvement for the business.
  6. Provide to the Demand and Import manager insights to conduct fact-based portfolio management.
  7. Ensure the receipt plan of the containers is as efficient as possible, by contacting the import team.
  8. Manage the BP, FRE and SRE process and provide correct information on Visit/POS items to S&OP.
  9. Manage inventory levels to ensure no out of stock, according to business plans and ensure correct alignments with the sales team about placement. Alert the operations manager of risks in inventory management.
  10. Manage product transitions -- the phasing out and introduction of new SKUs.
  11. Oversee INMETRO certificates, Metal Frio, and spare parts management.
  12. Ensure correct visibility about the monthly closing by connecting data from SAP, 3PL and Web Coolers.
  13. Motivate the team by recognizing their achievements as well as evaluating training needs.
  14. Maintain a strong connection with the headquarters team in Austria, as well as LATAM and local teams (Logistics and warehouse, sales, trade, marketing and procurement).
  15. Establish and maintain strong supplier relationship management (Metal Frio, SGS, Customs Authorities and regulatory Agencies such as INMETRO, ANIVISA, MAPA, etc. and 3PL) through clear KPIs.
  16. Support and/or lead operation department projects focused on planning and importation.
  17. Lead Sustainability Projects, ensuring alignment with HQ target goals.
  18. Ensure 100% compliance with all local regulations.
  19. Follow up with Trade Associations on regulatory matters updates.
  20. Work with marketing on sustainability initiatives in Red Bull’s offices, events, etc.
  21. Ensure proper disposal for 100% of damaged cans and VISIT materials.
  22. Assure the correct CO² measurement.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Bachelor’s in business administration / Foreign Trade / International Relations / Engineering.
  2. Advanced/Fluent English.
  3. Work experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning and S&OP Processes. Import knowledge and Project Management experience will be a differential.
  4. Experience of working within an international supply chain in a group context.
  5. Leadership and self-motivated team member who can drive resolution to issues with strong problem-solving skills.
  6. Advanced English and Excel.
  7. Analytical ability and critical thinking.
  8. Ability to develop strategies E2E.
  9. Strong communication skills.
  10. Stakeholder management abilities.
