Are you a detail-oriented person? Do you like to work in dynamic environments?

We are looking for a Dedicated Customer Intelligence Analyst to join our team, performing a support role in fulfilling customer requirements. An organized, communicative, proactive person willing to analyze and work on customer health KPIs, which results in the growth of the whole Axur team. And you can work remotely from anywhere in the world!

A typical workday might include:

  • Understanding and fulfilling customer requirements for delivering results and customer success;
  • Conducting internet searches for fraudulent content and threats to customers;
  • Completing requested deliveries within agreed-upon deadlines;
  • Proposing improvements in tools, processes, and product deliveries;
  • Conducting follow-up meetings with the customer;
  • Monitoring cases flagged as urgent and ensuring deliveries are being made as expected by the customer;
  • Analyzing customer health KPIs;
  • Providing training for customers to access the platform and supporting internal customer workflows for optimal platform usage.

Indispensable Requirements:

  • Experience in customer relationship management;
  • Familiarity with the G Suite package (Docs, Sheets, and Slides) and Google Drive;
  • Knowledge/Experience in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok);
  • Basic understanding of Threat Intelligence;
  • Language:
    • Advanced/native Portuguese;
    • Intermediate or higher English and/or Spanish.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Advanced search skills in web browsers;
  • Knowledge of data analysis and SQL;
  • Previous experience in Threat Intelligence.
