We are looking for a Data Scientist Specialist – Infrastructure & Operations to work with one of our clients: is one of the largest and most recognized manufacturers of agricultural and construction equipment in the world.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources. Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to understand data characteristics and identify patterns.
• Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms tailored to specific business problems. Develop models for tasks such as classification, regression, clustering, and anomaly detection.
• Create and select relevant features to improve model performance. Apply dimensionality reduction techniques to enhance model efficiency.
• Evaluate model performance using metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, etc. Tune hyperparameters to optimize model performance and prevent overfitting.
• Deploy machine learning models into production environments. Work with engineering teams to integrate models into applications and systems.
• Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings and model results to stakeholders. Use data visualization tools to present insights in a clear and actionable manner.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and incorporate new techniques and methodologies into projects. Conduct experiments to explore new models and approaches for improving existing solutions.
• Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions and provide technical guidance.
• AI problem solving, focused on machine learning and innovation solutions.
• Producing these innovative experiences without compromising quality & security.

Requirements:

• Advanced/Fluent English proficiency is mandatory – you will be in touch with customer’s Global Team on a daily basis
• Bachelors degree in an Computer/Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology discipline
• 10+ years of experience in a data science or machine learning role, including hands-on experience with model development and deployment.

Main Skills

• Python / R / React / Data Engineering / AWS / Databases / Web Infrastructure
• CI/CD, Security, TDD
• Spark using Databricks as a platform
• 7+ years of experience in Python or R, and familiarity with libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
• 7+ years of experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and databases (e.g., SQL).
• Knowledge of various ML algorithms and techniques including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.
• Skills in creating visualizations using tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong statistical and mathematical knowledge, including hypothesis testing, probability, and optimization.

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying and scaling models.
• Experience in using combination of statistical analysis, machine learning, and data engineering skills to drive data-driven decision-making and innovation within an organization.

Soft Skills

• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
