About the Role
You will work in collaboration with our customers and account managers to maximize the value delivered by the world's largest email-based risk assessment solution. Your results will lead to immediate real-world impact in the form of lower customer friction, reduced fraud losses and as a result, increased customer profitability.
This is achieved through a range of activities, such as proactive analysis of accounts to identify improvements, optimizing the risk assessment to more accurately detect high risk transactions and providing thought leadership to customers during business reviews.
We are looking for individuals with a proactive and analytical approach to problem solving, good consulting mindset and an interest to bring value to our customers. In the role you'll experience how to leverage real-time digital identity intelligence, analyzing millions of transactions per month for some of the largest companies operating in Financial Services, Insurance, e-Commerce.
Responsibilities
