Data Analyst - Mandarin Speaker

ABOUT THE POSITION :

As a Data Analyst (BI), you will be part of Business Development team in Brazil and play a pivotal role by supporting marketplace growth with data expertise. You will be responsible for gathering, manipulating, and analyzing data to generate business insights that drive informed decision-making across the organization. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, domain understanding in data analysis and visualization, and efficient communication with internal stakeholders

Key Responsibilities :

• Data Access & Manipulation : Gather data from various databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity while preparing datasets for analysis (using SQL).
• Dashboard Creation & Maintenance : Design, implement, and maintain interactive dashboards that visually represent data to facilitate business decision-making. Automate reports for efficiency and timeliness.
• Insights Generation & Recommendations : Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights, making actionable recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with various teams to understand their analytical needs, ensuring the data insights align with organizational objectives and operational capabilities.
• Communication of Findings : Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering a data-driven culture within the company.

Qualifications :

• Experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or related fields (experience in e-Commerce, Digital / Tech companies is a plus).
• Proficient in Office Package, SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI or similar tools).
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to manipulate large datasets and drive actionable insights.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English, advanced Mandarin is a must
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields.
