ABOUT THE POSITION:

As a Data Analyst and BI Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the Transformation Officer structure in Brazil. This area supports various stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives and operational excellence within our organization. The Data Analyst/BI scope will initiate the data journey on this team: will be responsible for gathering, manipulating, and analyzing data to generate insights that drive informed decision-making across the organization. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, domain understanding, and creativity in data visualization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Access & Manipulation: Gather data from various databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity while preparing datasets for analysis (using SQL).
2. Dashboard Creation & Maintenance: Design, implement, and maintain interactive dashboards that visually represent data to facilitate business decision-making. Automate reports for efficiency and timeliness.
3. Insights Generation & Recommendations: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights, making actionable recommendations to key stakeholders.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams to understand their analytical needs, ensuring the data insights align with organizational objectives and operational capabilities.
5. Communication of Findings: Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering a data-driven culture within the company.

Qualifications:

1. 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or related fields (experience in e-Commerce, Digital/Tech companies is a plus).
2. Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI or similar tools).
3. Strong analytical skills with an ability to manipulate large datasets and drive actionable insights.
4. Good verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English (Intermediate Mandarin is a plus).
5. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields.
