What You Will Do:

The Cyber Guardians Program Manager will lead and manage (dotted-line) a network of Cyber Guardians across Kenvue Business and Tech & Data functions, fostering a culture of shared cybersecurity accountability, awareness and resilience. This role involves developing and implementing a cyber curriculum, training, coordinating cybersecurity activities, and ensuring alignment with the company’s broader Cyber objectives. The Cyber Guardians Program Manager will be a strategic partner and influencer, empowering employees to act as the “first line of defense” against cyber threats for the respective areas they support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cyber Guardians Program Development:
    • Influence Leaders across Kenvue to recruit, train and manage a network of Cyber to act as security champions within teams, products-lines.
    • Build a strong network of Guardians, fostering regular communication, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing.
    • Tailor Cyber Guardian engagements, content and scope to include important communities of practice such as Application Development, focusing on application health & developer scorecards to measure and help improve cybersecurity requirements and secure development best practices.
    • Overall, ensure the Cyber Guardians Program is appropriately balanced against the Guardian’s “day job” – ensuring the program is effectively implemented but adheres to a manageable % of time.
  2. Awareness and Training Programs:
    • Develop and implement engaging & easily consumable awareness and training content tailored to Cyber Guardians and their respective teams.
    • Provide ongoing training to Cyber Guardians, keeping them informed on current cyber threats, best practices, and security policies.
    • Support Guardians in cascading cyber knowledge and practices to their teams and across teams.
  3. Risk Identification and Mitigation:
    • Work closely with Cyber Guardians to identify specific departmental risks and areas of improvement.
    • Collaborate with Cyber leadership to address risks and escalate issues that may require attention.
  4. Policy Implementation and Compliance:
    • Ensure Cyber Guardians help enforce cyber policies and encourage compliance with acceptable use security requirements.
    • Provide Guardians with resources and guidance to improve policy adherence within their respective areas.
  5. Incident Response Support:
    • Ensure Cyber Guardians are trained to follow our Data Incident Response Process.
    • Empower Cyber Guardians to act as first responders in case of security incidents within their teams, supporting incident investigation efforts as needed.
    • Coordinate with the Guardians and the Cyber Fusion Center to ensure swift and effective communication during incidents.
  6. Communication and Engagement:
    • Host regular meetings, workshops, and events to engage Guardians and keep them motivated.
    • Design and distribute cyber updates and alerts to Guardians and their teams.
  7. Metrics and Reporting:
    • Track and measure the effectiveness of the Cyber Guardians network, collecting feedback to improve engagement and training.
    • Regularly report to Cyber leadership on program progress, outcomes, risk reduction achievements and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on security awareness, training, or organizational change management.

• Proven experience in leading teams or programs, ideally in a cross-functional role.

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, risks, and best practices.

• Excellent influencing, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

• Ability to translate complex technical information into accessible language for non-technical employees.

• Proactive, organized, and adaptable, with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Advanced English.
