CUSTOMER SERVICES MANAGER

CTdoAgro is seeking a Customer Services Manager for our client YONGNONG, a key professional to structure and manage processes focused on customer experience and support for commercial operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Track sales orders, reconciling inventory with sales.
  2. Create and manage sales contracts, ensuring compliance with international standards and those specific to the headquarters in China.
  3. Develop processes to improve the sales database, organize and analyze forecasts and sales orders.
  4. Manage and analyze product pricing to support commercial decisions.
  5. Support tax analysis and price adjustments, collaborating with the tax department.
  6. Optimize customer order tracking (POs), ensuring the resolution of product incidents.
  7. Implement Reverse Logistics operations and a customer support call center.

REQUIREMENTS

Education: Administration, Foreign Trade, or related areas.

Postgraduate degree or MBA in Agribusiness (desirable).

Strong experience: in similar positions, with strong experience in customer service and management of commercial processes in agribusiness.

Knowledge: of agribusiness risk management and financial tools.

Language: Advanced English (required).

Workplace: São Paulo – SP.
