Main responsibilities

• The Expert will handle consumer queries about sports betting and consultations, 'how to' support, technical troubleshooting, commercial consultations (handling bonuses/incentives, winnings, deposits, payouts, odds, sweepstakes), feedback satisfaction surveys, live gaming support, handling loyalty programs, refund complaints, chargebacks, token exchange, withdrawals, complaints management. Voice, chat and e-mail assistance.

Requirements and skills

• Exclusive for Nigerians;
• 18 years or older;
• Complete high school;
• Good computer skills;
• Experience in customer service;
• Knowledge of online gaming/play betting games;
• Reading comprehension: understand sentences and paragraphs written on work-related subjects;
• Good written communication;
• Customer focus;
• Good interpersonal relationship;
• Easy access to the south of São Paulo.

Additional information

Remuneration: R$ 1.530,00 in the first three months, after this period it will be R$1.800,00.

Available Schedules:

• Morning
• Afternoon
• Evening
• Dawn

Working Time: 180h month | 6x1 Scale | Day off variable.
