What will be your responsibilities in this role?

1. Handle and respond to customer questions via email and other possible communication channels.
2. Provide feedback and insights from customer interactions with the marketing team during weekly meetings.
3. Use CRM tools to manage customer interactions.
4. Responsible for maintaining detailed and organized records of interactions with customers.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.
6. Constant analysis and improvements of processes to ensure good customer service.
7. Participation in contributing to projects to improve customer flows.

Requirements

1. Previous experience in similar roles is valued.
2. Advanced Portuguese and Spanish.
3. Intermediate English (desirable).
4. Based in Brasil.
5. Knowledge of Excel.
6. Knowledge of CRM tools like Hubspot (desirable).
7. Interpersonal skills and communication.
8. Problem-solving skills.
9. Full-time availability.
