Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Customer Experience and Account Executive to join our team. As the leader of our customer success team, you will build strong relationships with landlords and property managers, provide exceptional customer support, and drive engagement and conversions on behalf of our landlord partners.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and property managers who use Cosign's rent guarantee product.
  2. Provide exceptional customer support through multiple channels.
  3. Respond to customer inquiries and provide guidance on using Cosign's application and claims portal.
  4. Proactively follow up with customers to increase engagement and conversions.
  5. Collaborate with our CEO and Head of Strategy and Operations to develop and refine our customer onboarding and success processes and SOPs.
  6. Identify and escalate customer concerns and feedback to improve our product and services.

About You

  1. Customer-centric: You have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term relationships.
  2. Self-motivated: You thrive in fast-paced environments, can handle ambiguity, are comfortable with self-direction, and have a tremendous bias for action.
  3. Strong communicator: You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts simply.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent.
  2. 2+ years of client-facing experience in a professional virtual environment.
  3. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  4. Reliable internet connectivity and a professional virtual work environment.
  5. Fluency in English.

Nice to Have

  1. 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  2. Previous startup experience.
  3. Knowledge of the real estate or property management industry (preferred but not required).
