Minimum Requirements:

1. Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous
2. Minimum of 5 years previous farm management experience
3. Minimum of 5 years of cropping experience
4. Proven experience with maize essential
5. Computer literate
6. Maintenance and mechanically orientated
7. Ability to speak Zulu advantageous
8. Ability to lead and work with a team
